Japan is hands down one of my favorite countries to visit. Getting lost in Tokyo is an art form to which I am clearly committed. Japan is an artfully wrapped mystery just waiting to be explored. Having worked with many Japanese over the years I also appreciate their commitment to ensuring that the highest standards are always in site but equally weighted is fun. Nights out in Japan are quirky and wonderful.

Beyond the food and the master barkeeps Japan presents the traveller with an inordinate amount of beauty, often times in its most simple form.

Oh ,and be sure to have a Japanese Omelette. It really is something of an art form.
