Fragile and Delicate are the adjectives I would use to describe The Maldives. With 80% of their nation less than one Meter above Sea Level they expect that by 2050 a significant portion of the Country to be under water. To say this Country is Water Vulnerable is an understatement. I was there for close to 4 weeks as part of the Parley Team who, in addition to beach clean ups, partnered with the most influential local entities to collect plastic waste before it got into the ocean. These plastic bottles were eventually put into the adidas Supply Chain.

I gotta be honest, it was one of the best business trips. Ever.
